This is a second design I was hoping to submit to an art contest the other day. Im just putting these up in case the submission people see it. This is the third version, art submission people, that I was referring to. I have to look at version 2 again. That one is almost done also.

Just a rough Idea that I would clean up but its better than what Ive seen out there. Simultaneously says "WAS" and "DC"...the "AS " that is.
